U-Dive（含 iPhone 與 Apple Watch App，以下稱「本 App」）重視你的隱私。原則很簡單：我們不收集你的任何資料。
所有潛水紀錄（深度、時間、水溫、心率、GPS 座標）、潛點與地圖標記、以及 App 設定，都只儲存在你自己的裝置上。我們沒有伺服器，資料不會傳送給開發者或任何第三方。
Apple Watch 與 iPhone 之間的資料同步透過 Apple 的 Watch Connectivity 框架，在你的兩台裝置間直接傳輸。
手錶 App 會在潛水期間讀取你的心率，並將該次活動以體能訓練形式寫入 Apple 健康。這些資料由 Apple 健康 App 管理，儲存在你的裝置上，本 App 不會將其傳出。
在你允許後，本 App 使用定位來記錄下潛的入水／出水座標，以及你自行建立的潛點標記。位置資料同樣只儲存在你的裝置上。
只有在你主動貼上 Google 地圖分享連結、或匯入 Google My Maps（KML）圖層時，本 App 才會向 Google 伺服器請求該連結的內容；該請求適用 Google 的隱私權政策。除此之外，本 App 不進行任何網路傳輸，也不含廣告或分析追蹤工具。
你可以在 App 內刪除任何紀錄；刪除本 App 即會移除其儲存的所有資料。寫入 Apple 健康的體能訓練可在「健康」App 中管理與刪除。

U-Dive (the iPhone and Apple Watch app, "the App") is built around a simple principle: we do not collect any of your data.
All dive records (depth, time, water temperature, heart rate, GPS coordinates), dive spots, map pins, and settings are stored only on your own devices. We operate no servers, and nothing is transmitted to the developer or any third party.
Data syncs between your Apple Watch and iPhone directly via Apple's Watch Connectivity framework.
The watch app reads your heart rate during dives and saves the session as a workout to Apple Health. That data is managed by Apple Health on your device; the App never sends it anywhere.
With your permission, the App uses location to tag dive entry/exit points and the map pins you create. Location data stays on your devices.
The App only accesses the network when you explicitly paste a Google Maps share link or import a Google My Maps (KML) layer — that request goes to Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy. There is no other network activity, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.
You can delete records inside the App; deleting the App removes all data it stores. Workouts saved to Apple Health can be managed and deleted in the Health app.
